Where applicable, use of certain services requires payment as outlined in the relevant service agreement or proposal. You agree to pay all fees in accordance with the agreed schedule. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

We reserve the right to suspend access or delivery of services in the event of non-payment. Any disputes regarding invoices must be raised within 14 days of the invoice date.

Both parties agree to treat as confidential any non-public information shared in connection with a service engagement, including project specifications, business processes, and technical details. Our services may integrate with or depend on third-party platforms, tools, or APIs. We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services. Your use of any third-party service is subject to that party's own terms and policies.
